And the preparation continues....

I'm preparing for some scuba action on this trip by taking a refresher dive course tomorrow morning at Ginnie Springs.  It's hard to believe it's been 3 years since I last dove at the Great Barrier Reef.  Time flies way too fast.  Hopefully, the guide will let me wear my new GoPro so I can post my own pictures and video on this blog for the first time.

And I've started looking for places to stay in Croatia.  Since it's not as popular of a tourist destination as other places, the hostel scene is a little less developed, and a friend told me that a popular way to stay in Croatia is to stay with a family at their house, called a 'soba'.  But it sucks, because when I search for sobas in Croatia the best I can find is a place like this:

I mean honestly, how can I be expected to live like this?  But don't worry, I'm sure I'll manage to suffer through it.
